Fees for 2012
PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer refunds for any reason. Only
credit letters for the following season will be issued. This
does not apply to the NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. |
THE
2012
SCHEDULE
These are the starting
dates for our 10 weeks
season.
6/11, 6/18, 6/25,
7/02, 7/09, 7/16, 7/23, 7/30,
8/06, 8/13
WE ARE OPEN ON JULY
4th.
You can start any week, but the
second week must be consecutive.
All
weeks are subject to availability.
Please have back-up weeks in mind.

A NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE $100.00 DEPOSIT FOR EACH CHILD
WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL PRICE OF LESSONS .
The $100 deposit is only valid for one summer.
No credits will be issued for the deposit and it is not transferable to another
summer.

for a minimum of 2 consecutive weeks.

Above prices include the $100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE,
NON-TRANSFERABLE
DEPOSIT.
You may make payments during March and April. Your full balance must be received no later than
May 15th.
Any registrations after this date
must be
paid in full. Payments not received on time will result in
forfeiture of your reservation and loss of your deposit.
To make payment arrangements please contact our office.
Refund Policy
No refunds are
issued. If you have to cancel, a credit, minus
$100.00, will be issued for the following summer. The $100 deposit
is only valid for one summer and is not transferable.
No credits will be issued for
the deposit.

Make-ups are issued for doctor excused illness only & must be arranged with
the office staff.*All
make-up day credits must be used the summer they are issued unless you are
enrolled the last 3 weeks of our season

How to Register
Our mailing list is generated from the prior summer. If
you attended swim school last summer you are automatically
on our mailing list for the up-coming summer.
You can call our office and request a packet be sent to
you.
All our registration cards are mailed out at the end of
February. You should expect it the beginning of March. YOU
SHOULD MAIL BACK YOUR REGISTRATION AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE IT IN
THE MAIL. We fill up quickly and cannot guarantee your
initial requests. If this is the case we will contact you
with our availability.
ALL registrations
prior to mid-March, must be
mailed . We will not accept any drop-off's or in
person registration cards until our pool
office officially opens.
DO NOT DROP OFF REGISTRATION
CARDS or PAYMENTS IN OUR MAILBOX PLEASE MAIL
IT OR DROP IT OFF IN PERSON TO OUR POOL OFFICE. In
person drop off is only accepted when the Pool Office
opens in April. Call 732-223-4181 with any
questions.

Re-enrollment Discounts
After the initial
enrollment period of 2 weeks you may re-enroll for
two additional weeks and get a fifth week free! If you
initially register for five weeks, the fifth week is free.
The 2012 fees for single additional weeks
are:
- $ 167- 1st child
- $ 160- 2nd child
- $ 152- 3rd child
