SCHOOL POLICIES

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

1. A ONE HUNDRED DOLLAR ($100) NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT MUST ACCOMPANY EACH REGISTRATION CARD (ONE CARD PER STUDENT) AND IS VALID FOR THAT SUMMER ONLY.  Balance due no later than May 15th.  All registrations after May 15th, must be paid in full for the enrollment to be accepted.

2. Re-enrollments will be accepted according to availability.

3. A registration card must be filled out for each child completely (front and back) and initialed by a parent indicating dates desired, session (am or pm), complete addresses with telephone numbers. The back MUST BE SIGNED AND DATED FOR ENROLLMENT TO BE PROCESSED.  You may request your child to be placed with a friend, but please note, the children must be registered as the same age & NO REQUESTS ARE GUARANTEED.

4. Make-ups by office arrangement only and MUST BE COMPLETED DURING THE CURRENT YEAR, unless occurring during the last 2 week session.

5. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.  For all cancellations we will issue a credit minus the $100 deposit will be issued for the following summer. The $100 deposit is not transferable for any other summer. There will be no credits given for the $100 deposit per child.

6. Accident/Health insurance is provided and will pay benefits for medical expenses only which are not recoverable from your or any other insurance. List your insurance company’s name and policy # on the back of the registration card. Your policy is the primary coverage.

7. PARENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO OBSERVE CLASSES. Do not arrive for pick-up before 11:45 am and 3:45 pm. A special parents program is conducted every Saturday at 10:00 am (See General Program Information).  All early pick-ups must be done through the office. NO child will be dismissed from the pool area.

8. There is a $20.00 service charge for all returned checks.

9. All students must be accompanied by an adult to their respective classes. No child may be dropped off in the parking lot.

10. All cars must park in the Silton parking lot. Cars parked in our neighboring lots WILL BE TOWED AT THE OWNERS EXPENSE. Please keep in mind these are our year round neighbors!

11.  WEATHER CANCELLATIONS:

IF LESSONS ARE CANCELLED DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER*, PLEASE NOTE, THAT THERE IS ONE RAIN DAY BUILT INTO EACH 2-WEEK SESSION. IF A SECOND INCLEMENT WEATHER DAY OCCURS, WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO MAKE UP THAT DAY.

*You will need to call the school or check our website for cancellations. Due to the amount of students we do not call.
