Staff
Director/Owner, Coach Bob Leete, holds a B.S. degree from
Springfield College, Massachusetts, and M.A. degree from Trenton
State College, New Jersey. He retired as Director of Athletics
and Supervisor of Health and Physical Education at Wall Twp.
Schools, New Jersey in 1992. He has had thirty-three years
of coaching, and administration, which included football and
gymnastics and teaching experience at the high school,
intermediate and elementary age group levels. Coach
Leete was the Director of Swimming at the Manasquan River Yacht
Club (Brielle, New Jersey) for fifteen years; and in addition to
his swimming school, he was club manager for four years. He is
credited with teaching over a thousand students to swim during
his fifteen year career at the yacht club.

Co-Director/Owner, Nancy Leete holds a Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration from Merrimack College, North
Andover, Massachusetts. She directly oversees the daily
operations of the facility and the entire staff of approximately
one hundred employees.

Co-Director/Head Swim Team Coach, Danielle Nestler (Woszczak),
grand-daughter of Robert and Nancy Leete, holds a
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Kutztown
University, Pennsylvania. Danielle swam competitively throughout
high school and college. Danielle has previously coached the
Wall High School swim team. In addition to overseeing the
daily operations of the Swim School, Danielle is responsible for
maintaining the high standard that Silton has become well known
for. She works closely with each staff member to ensure that
they are teaching each student to their fullest potential.

Lynne Landis, our Head of Staff and Field Supervisor, has been a valuable
part of the Silton Family for over 30 years. She has been in the
teaching field for over 25 years and is currently an elementary
school Physical Education teacher in Tinton Falls, NJ.
She has been named Elementary Teacher of the Year for New
Jersey in 2003 and Atchison School Teacher of the Year
2007-2008.
It is the responsibilities of our Directors and Staff Supervisor
to observe all classes, mentor new staff members, provide
educational information and resources to staff members, and
oversee field staff.
All of our instructors are CPR, First Aid and Life Guard
Certified.

Our Pool
Staff
- Our swim instructors have all
undergone program training and are Red Cross certified
in CPR, 1st Aid and Life Guard Training. There is
always a certified EMT on site during swim school hours.
A percentage of our staff also hold WSI certifications.
Many of our instructors are public and private school
teachers during the school year. Some are certified in
Special Education. Many of our teachers have been
employed at Silton for 5 or more years and are carefully
selected by the owners of the swim school.

- Our office staff is
professional and courteous. They understand the
needs of students and parents alike, as they have over
50 years of combined teaching experience in elementary
and high schools. They are there to help you with any
problems or concerns you may have before or during your
child's enrollment period. Please feel free to call or
