Each season we hire prospective employees based on whether our current employees return to work. The number of staff we hire each summer will vary. In order to be considered for a position at Silton, all staff MUST be a minimum age of 16 and have up-to-date certifications in Lifeguard Training, First Aid Training, and CPR/AED Training.
